All e-commerce Consulting is pre-specified via email with the consultant .
Client will approve the specific consulting and teh agreed hours that will be spent . All consuting is on a USD based hourly rate
Therefore due to all work been pre-approved NO refunds will be allowed – payment is done AFTER agreed consulting work completed
